* A non-refundable booking fee of £10 is required to secure your slot and will go towards your final total.
* Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
* No plus ones!
RUNNING LATE?
* There is a 15 minute grace period. After that, a £5 late fee applies.
* If you’re running late, message as soon as possible, I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
* You can reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit.
PAYMENTS
* The remaining balance is due in exact cash or via contactless payment at your appointment.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The customer service was excellent and the studio is absolutely cute. As soon as I walked in, I was offered snacks and beverages, which was such a lovely touch. I showed my design and everything was talked through clearly, so I felt really comfortable and involved in the process. We sampled different shades and chromes to make sure the colour was exactly what I wanted, and the attention to detail was incredible. I’m so happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back!
